2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed under your account.

You may not use the platform for illegal or abusive activities or to violate third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
The PhenomSEO software, brand and original content remain our property. Your data stays yours.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Recurring charges are processed by our Merchant of Record. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts in violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws where the service is provided.
